The Ivy Hill Neighborhood Association is excited to announce its partnership with Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo and the Essex County Parks System on plans to rehabilitate Ivy Hill Park. Construction is currently underway in the park and upgrades are scheduled to be completed in time for the Ivy Hill Neighborhood Association's 11th Annual Food and Music Festival scheduled for Saturday, August 7 at 4:00 p.m.
